What will it do for me...??
We teach you to dance freely on and around the vertical dance pole. We can take you from hobby & beginners level to an advanced competition status.
We want to help you improve your fitness
by increasing your strength and power, stamina, balance, co-ordination, posture and flexibility & agility you can expect to lose excess inches and develop good lean muscle tone. Our sequences in our pole dance techniques & our workout strategies & fitness methods incorporate the whole body, including the legs (quads, hamstrings, gastrocnemius and more) the arms (biceps, triceps) your tummy,(abdominals, obliques and core) your back, (latissimus dorsi) shoulders (rhomboids, deltoids) and bottom (gluteals) too. (Basic muscle listing) You will soon notice your body shape changing as you slim line your physique, whilst gaining definition to your muscles and improving or maintaining good posture. Not only will you feel fitter and feel alive we hope you will be having fun and making friends while creating a healthy social environment too!!
