Owner of Little Sapphires, Catherine inspires you to work out with fairly intensive training of your Core muscles for all over body control, stamina, flexibility and strength. She wants every one to understand that by using static muscle strength as part of an interval training regime (pole dancing is perfect) combined with body conditioning (dance combined with static holds / moves) we can develop our body and its power very simply, quickly and efficiently especially when using the particular techniques / routines / progressions & adaptions that Little Sapphires have developed and hold dear to their class training.
With this new found body awareness and fitness adaptability you find your selves evolving to execute and perform moves you may have thought never possible, with this we can also increase co-ordination and balance. self esteem and confidence.

Lou Safire is a Side Show Performer and Boylesque extraordinaire and has been strutting his stuff across stages and is often seen working on new and unusual burlesque projects...With a bohemian streak!
Lou is trained in many aspects of dance, and brings this to the stage through his routines involving strip tease, fan dancing and pole performance. Not one to shy away from the heat, Lou's fire performances will also leave you red hot.
Using classy classic routines, Lou's lust for the darker side of vaudaville takes you the audience to a whole new level combining circus skills with traditional freakshow stunts.
Lou will be offering Burlesque workshops this year with Catherine as well as offering an alternative to your Exotic/Pole fitness parties for male and female gatherings as well as holding male only fitness classes monthly.

I started going to pole dancing lessons thinking the same as a lot of new students; “How hard can it be?” Two hours and many aching muscles later my question was answered: a lot harder than it looks! Pole dancing grabbed me immediately.
I did a two year course in Performing Arts, where I studied contemporary dance and physical theatre along with courses incorporating yoga and relaxation techniques. This continued when I went to Uni. to complete a drama degree, with the emphasis being on using the body for physical expression outside of 'straight' theatre.
Being asked to train as an instructor was a dream come true! I've now been pole dancing for nearly 2 yrs and am still loving every part of it. Watching my students progress and find new confidence in tricks and spins is the most rewarding part. I love that more and more people are finding the confidence to come to a pole dancing class and then leave with a massive grin on their faces.
In the future I would like to expand my classes and help to encourage more men and women to come and take part, even if they just come to get a real understanding of what pole dance / pole fitness is. Improving my flexibility is also going to be a big challenge! I would like to compete eventually, but ultimately for me the classes are about having fun and getting fit without slogging away on a treadmill!
Sarah will teach you how to be confident on and around the pole, showing you how to create a dance and a personality on the pole that reflects you as an individual, then advance you thru to intermediates, introducing you to inverts, thigh holds and sequences that see you take pole dance to another level of commitment and competancy.
