THE MASSAGE ROOM!
 
Swedish body massage;  1hr = £30 / 30mins = £20
Massage that can be calming and stress reducing, yet also stimulating with tension relief.
If you are feeling anxious, tense and your body is stressed swedish massage to your full body, extremities, or just back neck & shoulders can be what you need to help you get on with the week ahead without fatigue and stress tension in muscles and joints giving you a calmer out look and positive feeling.
 
Lymphatic drainage massage;  1hr = £30 / 30 mins = £20
This is given with a different technique to that of a swedish massage to create a lymph stimulation and increase blood flow to areas to help reduce swelling, (oedema) reduce cellulitus, and help with the permanent removal of stubborn fat cells.  This massage will aid the elimination of toxins and help invigorate bodily functions.
 
Indian head massage;  30 mins = £20
A pressure point massage to stimulate head neck and shoulders whilst influencing the whole body and mind.  The stimulation of the scalp will increase good condition of your hair, as well as leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and free from tension.
 
Reflexology;  40 mins = £25
A pressure point massage given to the feet to reflecting messages to all organs & systems of the body aiding all functions and bodily systems.  A totaly Holistic experience for complete well being.  May cause drowziness and reflective thoughts. A course of 6 is recommended.
 
Sports massage; 1hr = £35
A massage that will create a sense of tuning in with your body when life, sports or stress creates an air of tension.  With a deeper understanding of the muscle origins & insertions the massage will give specific muscle groups the support they need to function efficiently, recover and recuperate, prepare and stimulate depending on your individual needs.
 
Sports injury massage; 40 mins £30 (Allow 1.5hrs for your 1session, to include consultation)
After what may be a lengthy (but free) consultation which include any past records noted and other fitness or health professionals notes this massage will target specific areas.  You will be given after care and advice.  Cryotherapy & thermotherapy may be used and rehabilitation advice will be given and Gym equipment may be used.

We want to help you improve your fitness
by increasing your strength and power, stamina, balance, co-ordination, posture and flexibility & agility you can expect to lose excess weight and get good muscle tone.  Our sequences in pole dance techniques. our workout strategies & fitness methods incorporate the whole body, including the legs (quads, hamstrings, gastrocnemius and more) the arms (biceps, triceps) your tummy,(abdominals, obliques and core) your back, (latissimus dorsi) shoulders (rhomboids, deltoids) and bottom (gluteals) too.  You will soon notice your body shape changing as you slim line your physique, whilst gaining definition to your muscles and improving or maintaining good posture.
