FITNESS PLANNING.... FUTURE COMING! xx

 
FITNESS SCHEDULE;
 
Although i maybe teaching pole dancing 2-3 times a week at present i still find myself eating like a horse, and when driving along i feel my belly wobble when i go over bumps.
As a personal trainer, i know i am fairly fit and well, and i know we certainly dont need to be skinny to be fit, FACT!! But i have an image of myself that doesnt fit me any more.
I want to use this blog as my training diary.... it is going to be very truthful to you and myself about where i am at with the Pole Training and where i am at in relation to Cross Training myself to enhance my pole work, it will include my diet regime, my thoughts and feelings as well as summerys of the fitness level, and may be even a video blog to show you the results as i hope my body shape develops.
 
As a Fitness Instructor i will show you the basics that are usually used when creating a work out plan, and if any of you want to do the same work out, or if you want a personalised one i can do this for you thru the web page on www.littlesapphires.co.uk = 'FITNESS PROGRAMME'
We can establish if you have a pole at home, go to class, go to the gym, or even if you havent taken any exercise for the past few years, i can give it to you as an individual if you subscribe.
 
So, Tomorrow is day 1.
I have started detoxing today already, which is a bum because i know theres Cherry ice cream in the freezer and half a packet (the big packets) of chocolate MnM's in the cupboard, and tonight im going to see a friend and we usualy have 1-2glasses of wine while i am there.  So you see i already have temptation, but far better than temptation to slack and cheat i also have A GOAL!!
My goal is personal, the date i have set is personal and my desire is strong.
I know i will be tested well over the coming weeks, as i have developed my eating hablits and fitness regime over the past 10 years to end up being 2 dress sizes larger than i would like, stiff aching joints and a lack of flexibilty, all due to lack of exertion at the right level, and eating too much but if i keep my goal in sight i know the time will fly by and i will get the results i want.

I will not be blogging daily, more like weekly, ive noticed an awful frown line in the middle of my forehead... i dont think its from the guy i was seeing for the past few years, or whether its just because im grumpy, i actualy think i just frown when looking at the computer. So please feel free to add your comments back at any time, the more the better, and here we go.... feel like i need to hold my nose and jump right in.............................xxxxx

Any fitness tips you can offer hun, I,m all ears!! I do nufin now but sit at home feedin my face :( My daughters moved out so I no longer have my grandson 2 run round after n I've jst got engaged n am so worried about my awful wobbly tummy gettin bigger b4 we've booked a day 4 da weddin! I'll do anyfin!!! I would come back polein but still aint got da money :( :( I MISS IT SO MUCH

You can use my programme as a rough guide, or i can make a specific one for you to use, (small fee) and we will monitor you as you go xx xx I wonder if your house is suitable to have a pole at home?? DAY 1. Brekky... all bran, rice milk (a usual of mine) workout for day 1, check out facebook little sapphires pole players page, was basicly 3x30secs suqats, step ups, triceps, deltoids, press ups, sit ups, abs (lots of) and 20mins at 70%MHR lunch will b a 3 bean salad.................. xx xx doing alrite, wud love to post current photo but they r that awful i wont post till the end xx xx x

well, its a week thats gone by, my exertion during my workout days has been failry easy to do, the programme ive set is easy enough to leave me wanting to do more the next day, but feeling it ....xx i have 1day on one day off, my calories are still easy, still just over 2000 for another week, so im leading my slef in real slow, long term looking, my scales say im still the same actually after an initial drop, i pressume was just water, so im really looking forward to getting really stuck in this week, getting excited to be training slightly harder this week, im desperate to start seeing some body changes, although i feel a tighter feeling when i put my hands on my hips, if i look in the mirror i see no changes x alll the junk food, excess carbs, snacks that used to be biscuits are being changed for water and fruit, and my meals are planned to cover essentials, like wholegrains, fish, chicken etc ................. if you want your own programme which wil be very indepth just shout xx xx xx

so, almost at the end of week 2, every one is asking how am i doing, well not too good, not too bad, didnt take the healthy eating too seriously, 2100 kcal a day, is so easy i kind of slacked, and my programme i gave myslef was just enough to get a regular daily workout, but not enough to daze my self into giving up, i will weigh myself again on sunday, although its got to be the tape measure back out my next weekend, my workload will seriously increase this week, i really need to feel the aches now, and my kcal will decrease more as i get inot eating cleaner food more!! So although i feel ive slacked, im still very much in the running, i had some photos taken while playing on the pole, moves i used to do so easily just cant be held or even accomplished, so i will continue to give my self little kicks when i need them, and carry on!! xxx i will check in again before i end week 3 xxx thanks for reading xx

calorie counting is pretty boreing, and dinner planning, snacks etc is making it quite hard, and almost obsessing over food is a bore, especially when you have others in your family to cater for too, however, without watching this part of my programme, means the difference between good results and great results...!!! my legs and arms are aching most days, my technique of the exercises are getting bette daily, dont seem to find much time for the pole, but i think im just about to start burning fat regulary, and am enjoying hitting that zone, still got a long way to go...!!!!!!

I recommend the Regime workout planner (www.regimeapp.com). In the interests of openness, I'll admit that I know the developers that made it - but I think it'll do exactly what you want.

You'll have to explain the rational behind planning a specific programmer. Why and for what purposes. E.G. why do you always need to exercise your back, why you need 2 sets, that kind. That's my guess. Otherwise anyone could plan a programmer.
